PKI login failure

This message means that Eclipse cannot transmit because of a problem with the Medicare location certificate. This could be any one of the following.

•	The Location certificate is not installed.

•	You have entered an incorrect password into the Eclipse Menu > Setup window. This needs to match the password you used when you installed the location certificate. This is not the password supplied by Medicare.

•	You have entered an incorrect location certificate folder into the Eclipse Menu > Setup window.

•	Your location certificate has expired.
