As of early 2011, these modifiers exist in the ASA RVG schedule but not in the MBS schedule. They can be added to ASA RVG type accounts but not to MBS type accounts. You could add them to MBS type account by adding them to the Extra items list and setting a specific fee. However, they will not attract a Medicare rebate and may cause confusion for patients.
