Open the Tools menu on the top left of the Main Menu, and select 'Data file location'. This will open Windows Explorer in the folder that contains the data files.

In a single user version of Access Anaesthetics, the data files are usually located in the same folder as the program file.

In a multi user version, the data files are commonly located on a shared network folder. If so, the network folder will open, not the mapped drive folder, if the network share is mapped to a specific drive letter.

The folder locations can also be quickly displayed by going to Maintenance > Data file locations.
