UPDATED ITEMS FILE Version 20.96

Grand United Health Fund (GU) has just released their fee schedule effective from 1 November. This has been added.

Also, for WA clients, the anaesthetic time items for the Dec WAG schedule were inadvertently not updated in the previous release and were calculating at the Dec 2019 rates. This has now been corrected.
