There are approximately 5000 items in the MBS book. It is possible to create your own list of commonly used items to simplify your viewing of the MBS book. Each row of the book has a checkbox on the left labelled 'My' which indicates whether or not the specified item is stored in My Own List. Add or remove an item from My Own list by clicking the checkbox.
To view just the items in My Own list, select this option from the drop-down list at the top of the window. The other options are Entire MBS, which shows all 5000 items, and Anaesthetics, which shows most of the items an anaesthetist is likely to use (about 700). |

There is a checkbox on the Miscellaneous page of the Options form which allows you to specify which of these filtering options is used when the book is first opened.
