As described elsewhere, if you delete a payment which has already been banked, the details of the deleted payment will be stored in a separate table of Deleted payments.

This table can be viewed but not edited by clicking the button on the bottom of the screen. Normally banked payments would not be deleted, except where a cheque has bounced. In any case, this function allows you to keep track of any which have been deleted.

While viewing the deleted payments list, standard scrolling, sorting and printing functions are available but no data can be edited or deleted. The date and time each payment was deleted is stored with each deleted payment.
| Note | Deleted payments cannot be restored from the deleted payments list. They must be re-entered manually if required. |
