Third party address |

Normally you would send the account to the patient at their own address. Alternatively, you can enter details for another person who will receive the bill on behalf of the patient. This may be a parent, a health fund, a third party insurance company, the Health Insurance Commission (DVA patients), 'The Estate of …', and so on.
Type in the address details manually, use the copy buttons, or choose a stored address from the drop down list. The usual name, address and postcode shortcuts are available.
After entering or modifying an address, you can save the address in the list of addresses by clicking the Click here to save … button. The new address will then be available in the lookup list to enter into any other account. The entire list of stored addresses can also be edited further by clicking the pencil button on the right of the address code (or by selecting Edit Lookup Tables from the Tools menu). This will open the following window.
When sending an account to a health fund, the Fund Fee To Use field allows you to specify that a particular health fund fee schedule should be used to determine the fee. This avoids having to select a health fund from the list on the Items page.
The Batch header tab is use for printing a cover page for a group of accounts. This is described in the List of Accounts section.
