The provider designation may be modified for individual accounts by changing it on the Format page. Changing it here only changes it for the current account, while changing it in the Options form (Provider page) changes the default for all new accounts. |

In practice, you should set the designation in the Options form to that which you use most of the time e.g. ANAESTHETIST. Then when you have an account where you are wearing a different hat, e.g. CARDIAC ANAESTHETIST or PAEDIATRIC ANAESTHETIST, you can select this for the individual account. This will not change the default for new accounts and the next new account you create will have the default designation as specified in the Options form.
