For MBS-based billing for Veterans' affairs patients, simply use the standard MBS item and fee setting procedures.
For time-based billing, the fee will be calculated automatically and shown on the bottom of the Fee page. Click the appropriate total amount button to set this as the fee to be charged. It will turn purple and will appear in the Total Fee charged field.
