Online claims do not transmit all Access Anaesthetics data. To see what data is sent, on the Eclipse tab of any account, click the <Show Eclipse highlight> button on the top right. This will highlight all fields transmitted in green. In particular, note that item descriptions are not sent, nor is any data from the Fee page, including the copayment. Only individual item fees are transmitted. To send notes about particular items, you need to use service text.

 

To see exactly what data was sent in an individual online claim, click the <XML> button on the top right of the Eclipse tab. This gives accurate information, but is a little difficult to read. For a simplified view (which may be truncated), click the <View claim content> button.
