On 1 August 2011, Westfund changed their Eclipse ID from WDH to WFD. We were not notified of this until after it happened. If you have not updated this code, you may receive a message saying your fund information is out of date, and will be unable to send claims.
To correct this, do the following ...
| 1. | Go to the Eclipse Menu and click <Update funds list> on the bottom right. This will retrieve the latest details from Medicare. |
| 2. | Edit your list of addresses by changing the Eclipse Code for Westfund from WDH to WFD. (Open the addresses list from the Main Menu by clicking Tools > Edit Lookup Tables > Addresses.) |
| 3. | If you have any existing Westfund accounts, change the Eclipse code on the Fund page to WFD (which should now be in the lookup list). |
Note that Westfund is an AHSA fund, so the fee schedule should be set to AHSA_NSW.
