Eclipse only transmits one first name since middle names and initials are not accepted. In most cases, sending middle names will cause a rejection.

 

 

If the first name is actually two separate names, e.g. Sue Ellen, tick this box to transmit all first names. Otherwise, clear the tick to transmit just one first name. Hyphenated names (e.g. Sue-Ellen) are treated as a single name.
