We have encountered a problem with group permissions on the server which has prevented access to your secured folders. This means although you can log onto the server, you don’t currently have permission to open your AA folder. We are urgently working to correct this issue as a priority and will contact you again shortly to update you on the situation. We have a backup of all data, to ensure there will not be any data loss.
