MyOwn Health Insurance changed its name to AIA Health Insurance effective August 2020, as described in the following advice to practice managers .

 

The Eclipse code is unchanged at MYO.

To Practice Manager,

 

Following the launch of AIA Health Insurance on 16 March 2020, we are now writing to advise you that MO Health Pty Ltd ACN 611 323 034, which is the issuer of products issued under the AIA Health Insurance, myOwn health insurance and RACQ Health Insurance brands, will change its fund name to AIA Health Insurance Pty Ltd with effect from 1 August 2020. The ACN and ABN and all other corporate details in relation to the renamed entity will remain unchanged.

Eligibility checking and claims queries for AIA Health Insurance, myOwn health insurance and RACQ Health Insurance products should be directed to:

The operating hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (AEDT).
Where doctors have admitting rights to utilise the Access Gap Cover (AGC) Scheme for medical services, their claims should be submitted to AIA Health Insurance.

The ECLIPSE and HCP code remains unchanged as MYO.
