After installing Access Anaesthetics on a new PC you may get a message saying there is no program registered to open this file. Most likely this means that you do not have Microsoft Access on the PC. Only the 'Professional' version of Microsoft Office includes Microsoft Access. To get around this, you need to install the Access Runtime.
