Accounts that contain Eclipse claims can't be deleted. This is mainly because it is important that you have a record of claims that Medicare and Health funds also have a record of. In the past when such deletions were allowed, we had quite a number of occasions when Eclipse reports were retrieved but there was no claim to match it to.
