I can no longer send claims or retrieve reports
We have seen several instances where Eclipse has stopped receiving reports or sending claims. Instead, all transmissions return the code 0 - The task has been completed successfully, but no reports are received or claims sent. The same happens with patient verifications.
This is due to a problem with data getting blocked in a Windows folder. To correct this, go to the Eclipse Menu, click Setup > Maintenance > Delete .medicareonline folder. Restart Access Anaesthetics and the problem should be resolved.
If the above method doesn't work, open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\<your user name>\.medicareonline. Delete the entire medicareonline folder and its contents. Restart Access Anaesthetics and the problem should be resolved.
