To log on the AA virtual server, you must start a Remote Desktop Connection on your PC.

 

For Windows 7, go to the Windows button, then Programs > Accessories > Remote Desktop Connection.

 

 

 

For Window 10, go to the Windows button, then start typing Remote Desk ... until the application appears.

 

For a Mac, look here. If you are overseas, you will have to set up a VPN as described here.

 

Enter the Computer name CloudAccess.healthbase.com.au. (This is not case sensitive and there are no spaces.)

 

Click <Connect> and you will be asked to enter your username and password.

 

Additional options can be set up by clicking the <Show Options> button. In particular, you should go to the Local Resources tab and ensure that local printing is enabled.
