How to change a fund's fee schedule

From time to time, health funds merge or are purchased by other funds and their fee schedules in AA need to be updated.

1.	Go to the addresses lookup table (Tools > Edit Lookups > Addresses)

2.	Locate the fund you wish to adjust.

3.	Change the value in the Fee Schedule box to the desired value.

In the below example, the fee schedule for RT Health Fund has been changed from AHSA to HCF (this change became effective in November 2021).

Note that all data in the addresses lookup table must be managed by the individual practice. It is not updated when the software is updated.
