Copayment accounts show the description that is set up in the Options form > Copayment tab. There is a separate message for unpaid and paid accounts. This message constitutes the main body of the account and will appear on all copayment accounts.
To show an individual message on a specific copayment account, enter the message in the free text box on the Fee page.
You can store common messages in the lookup table for use in subsequent accounts. |
