If you experience an error, please do the following.
1. | Note the description of the error and what you were doing when the error occurred. |
2. | See if you can reproduce the error. |
3. | When the message appears, click the <Capture image> button. |
4. | Create an email message to us (support@access-anaesthetics.com.au) and click CTRL V to paste the image into the email message. (You could also paste into a Word document and attach this to the email.) |
5. | Explain the circumstance of what you were doing when the error occurred. The more detail you provide, and the more reproducible it is, the easier it is for us to find a correct it. |
