GMHBA is a member of the AHSA group (from 1 April 2016). Accounts generated for GMHBA members should use the AHSA fee schedule for your state.

 

Frank Health Insurance is a subsidiary of GMHBA, and has always maintained its own fee schedule, of 120% of MBS. From May 2021, Frank has also joined AHSA, so accounts should be submitted with the AHSA schedule for your state. Note also that from July 2021, Frank has taken over health.com.au.

 

To automate this, edit the GMHBA and FRANK entries in the addresses table so that the fee schedule is the AHSA fee for your state. New accounts for GMHBA/FRANK will then automatically be allocated the AHSA fee. Fees for existing accounts will not be changed. For any individual account, the fee schedule can be changed independently on the Items page.

 

(The old GMHBA_FM and GMHBA_PB schedules are no longer in use and remain in AA for backward compatibility.)
