To be able to transmit DVA claims, you must have at least version 6.11.2 of the Medicare Client Adaptor. This is the software provided by Medicare that Access Anaesthetics uses to communicate with the Eclipse system. To find out which version you have, go to the Eclipse Menu > Setup > About.

 

 

To install the latest version, go to Eclipse Installation. Download and install the Eclipse Setup File. You should close Access Anaesthetics before you do this. This software is not available using the Web Update function built into Access Anaesthetics.
