Can I view a record of deleted accounts?

• | Go to Maintenance > Maintenance Log. |
• | On the top of the screen, select 'Deletion' from the Filter drop down list. |
• | This will list all accounts and payments that have been deleted. |

• | Main Menu > Daily Activity Report. |
• | Select the dates of interest and click the <Deleted> button. |
• | To get a printable report, untick all checkboxes except the Deleted box, and click the <Details report> button. |
The Maintenance log is regularly trimmed and usually contains data only from the last 12 months.
If a payment has a banking date when it is deleted, it is added to the deleted payments table, and can be viewed from the List of Payments. Click the Deleted payments <List all> button on the bottom of the screen.
