There is a new postal address for all Australian Defence Force (ADF) bases in the Sydney basin region.

Please ensure all Health Reports and other correspondence sent to referring Medical Officers and ADF Health Centres are addressed as per the new postal address format below:

This change affects the following ADF facilities:

•	Glenbrook Clinic (RAAF Glenbrook)

•	Richmond Health Centre (RAAF Richmond)

•	Watson Clinic (HMAS Kuttabul)

•	Penguin Health Centre (HMAS Penguin)

•	Penguin SUMU Clinic (HMAS Penguin)

•	Victoria Barracks Clinic Sydney (Victoria Barracks)

•	Randwick Health Centre (Randwick Barracks)

•	Waterhen Clinic (HMAS Waterhen)

•	Kuttabul Health Centre (HMAS Kuttabul)

•	Holsworthy Health Centre (Holsworthy Barracks)

From 1 July 2018, any mail that is not addressed as per the new postal format will be returned to sender by Australia Post.
